Fulfillment Policy for Coach Coolin Fitness Coaching

Service Description

Coach Coolin provides online fitness coaching and nutrition guidance through custom programs, check-ins, and educational resources delivered via email, messaging platforms, or client portals. All services are digital and begin upon purchase or scheduled onboarding.

Delivery Policy

Once payment is received:

  • You will receive a welcome email and onboarding form within 24–48 hours.

  • Your personalized coaching plan will be delivered within 3–5 business days after onboarding is completed.

  • On going support, check-ins, and updates will be provided as outlined in your coaching agreement.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Due to the nature of digital coaching services and personalized programming, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. We are fully committed to your results and encourage open communication to ensure your experience is positive.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching subscriptions may be canceled at any time **prior to the next billing cycle** to avoid future charges.


If you wish to cancel, email us at colin@coolinco.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

 

Early termination of fixed-term packages (e.g., 12-week programs) will not result in a partial refund.
